S&M 90's Pitchfork Steel Fork Bolt
The S&M 90's Pitchfork Steel Fork Bolts are some hidden gems that were recently discovered the S&M warehouse. Back in the early days of 1 1/8″ headsets, Taiwan didn’t manufacture hollow bolts, so S&M made them themselves. These steel bolts were purchased domestically and drilled by hand. Seems crazy in 2025 but that’s how bad riders wanted to run a front brake cable thru their forks. A regular old flat washer from the hardware store was used. Perfect for mid-school builds and anywhere else a M10-1.25 thread is used.
