We believe this to be a 1985 Hutch Windstyler, but the model year is up for debate. The frame is correct but not too sure on the fork / bars. It does have a Hutch seat clamp and Stem. The bike also has what seems to be un-stamped Profile Racing cranks and Mag-Lite mags.
