dumbest reason for a ticket ever!

i got pulled over and ticketed yesterday for having a tinted license plate. i've got a car that goes two hundred miles an hour, the windows are blacked out and the stereo sets off car alarms but my plate is too dark...WTF? yep...that kinda weird shit can only happen to me.
