40,000 sqft cement park in Michigan???

Squirrel (above) inverts a hip in Ohio at a cement park that DOES allow bikes.

I got the e-mail below from a buddy of mine asking for help to get this park built.

It looks as if everything is a go but bike riders need to be involved.  If you are from that area be sure to show up at the meeting.

Hey this is Ben from Flint,  I talked to you at the etnies demo about a city council meeting for up to a 40,000 sq. ft. cement park.  The meeting starts at 4:30 at 1101 S. Saginaw St. in Flint (zip code - 48502) on Monday, September 12th.  The skatepark organization already recognized as a non-profit organization and isready to start applying for grants.  All they need to do now is get a land grant from the city.  The more people at the meeting,  the better the chances.  I was told by the guy who started this whole thing that if bikes are involved and helping, they will be allowed, if not there will be another cement park in Michigan that doesn't allow bikes.
