Terms and Conditions

Any and all customers placing an International Order from outside the United States through Albe’s BMX Mail Order, are legally binding themselves to the following Terms and Conditions regarding International Sales, Policies, Customs, Duties, Taxes, Returns and any liabilities. Albe’s refuses any responsibility based on a customer’s failure to acknowledge and fulfill Terms and Conditions. Placing and finalizing an International Order via either website or phone, contracts that customer is in agreement to Terms and Conditions.

General Shipping Information

Any and all International orders are subject to completion based on product availability and payment verification. International orders containing, in stock and shippable merchandise will ship once billing and shipping information is verified and payment is received. Custom wheels, special orders or large quantities may also require additional time before orders can be shipped. Out of stock items, additional shipping and handling for heavier or oversized packaging or any other problem which may cause an order to be delayed, due to but not limited to any of the above conditions, will be contacted by an Albe’s Sales Representative via email or phone.

Shipping days include Monday thru Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

All international orders are shipped Express Service unless otherwise requested or mandated.

All packages shipped will be insured against damage or loss and will be designated a tracking number.

The tracking numbers will be available after an order is packaged and shipped. Tracking numbers will be emailed to the designated email address submitted at time of ordering, and will also be available through each customers online account. All emails will include a link to the corresponding carrier.

The first day (Day #1) of shipping is the following day from when an order was shipped. This means that you may be required to practice the art of waiting patiently for your tracking number to provide accurate information. Don’t worry. You can do this.

Delivery Confirmation is available and may be required upon delivery at Albe’s discretion. Orders including or containing, oversized packaging, excessive value, by customer request, or orders that seem flat out shady, are subject to Delivery Confirmation. Delivery Confirmation may or may not include signature at time of delivery.

Customs, Duties, Taxes, Import Fees

International orders are subject to Customs, Duties, Taxes, Import, and possible Brokerage Fees. Any applicable fees are the customer’s responsibility and will need to be paid upon delivery. Be Prepared. Albe’s BMX Mail Order is not responsible for any of these fees or the collection of fees. Albe’s BMX Mail Order has no control of these fees if any are applicable, and Albe’s cannot waive these fees. Any fees that may need to be paid are based on the receiving countries Customs Agency. Any questions regarding these fees will need to be addressed to the Customs Agency in the receiving country. Refusal or failure to pay any applicable fees will cause the customer to violate Terms and Conditions. By violating Terms and Conditions, due to refusal or failure to pay any Import fees the customer is waiving there right to return, credit and or any monetary refund of the original products purchased. Any additional return fees due to refusal or non-payment of these fees will result in an additional charge to the customer for return of the products to Albe’s if possible, or to cover loss or damage due to failure of payment of fees. This is the real deal people. If you are not sure about the fees, call or email your local Customs Agency before placing an order. You will be responsible for the fees. Don’t get mad at us, we have zero control over the Customs Agency.

Shipping Rates

All International Orders will be shipped Express Shipping (estimated 3-5 days) unless a slower service is requested. Express Shipping includes tracking and insurance. ESTIMATED transit times and shipping rates are listed below. Actual rates may vary from the following listed rates due to; exact delivery destination, oversized packaging due to size or weight, additional services, and or other factors outside Albe’s control. If your order is subject to additional shipping fees greater than the estimated shipping rates, you will be contacted via email regarding the additional increase. Customs, Duties, Taxes, Import Fees are not included in the shipping rates. Any applicable Customs, Duties, Taxes, Import Fees are separate, and due upon delivery. Carriers

All orders place at Albe’s BMX Mail Order are shipped through one or more select carriers. Current carriers include, and are not limited to:

United Parcel Service (UPS), www.ups.com

Federal Express (Fed-Ex), www.fedex.com

United States Postal Service (USPS), www.usps.com

Unless a specific carrier is requested or mandated due to the delivery destination, (ex: P.O. Boxes) Albe’s reserves the right to ship any and all orders through one of the listed carriers at Albe’s discretion. Albe’s BMX Mail Order has arranged specific rates through each carrier depending on package size, destination, and speed of service to better the consumer and offer competitive and affordable shipping rates.

If you have a preferred carrier, please feel free to request that carrier by making a note in the special instructions box during online checkout or by requesting it with a sales representative when calling in your order.

Returns

Any product for return or warranty return is subject to approval. To obtain approval for an International Return, please contact an Albe’s Sales Representative for details at, sales@albes.com or 586.264.1152. All return fees including shipping and handling are the customer’s responsibility. If you are shipping products back to Albe’s, we recommend that you insure the contents for protection against loss, damage, or non-delivery. Albe’s takes no responsibility for any returns including approved returns from loss, damage, or non-delivery. Once returns have been received, an Albe’s Sales Representative will process the return accordingly.
