Is your website secure?

www.albes.com is a completely secure web site featuring high 128bit encryption provided by Network Solutions. All transactions made on the site are completely secure. How long will it take my order to arrive?

Orders shipped to most parts of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana will arrive the day after the order was placed assuming that you placed the order early enough in the day. Some parts of these states may take an extra day so be patient. Most of the rest of the country should see their orders in 3 days or less. Note that CUSTOM wheels and bikes may take a day or two to be built so even with faster shipping can take a few extra days. To see more shipping info and estimated times visit our "e;Shipping"e; page.

 

What is your return policy?

We have to have some rules. No returns after 30 days, a 15% restocking fee may apply to some returns, no returns on any custom orders, the customer is responsible for shipping on all returns and exchanges.

 

Does Albe's ship to countrys outside the USA?
Yes, we ship world wide. To learn more about International orders and shipping visit our "e;International Shipping"e; page.

 

Do you ship to APO/FPO's?
All the time.  We love our troops! Check out our "e;Shipping"e; page for more details.

 

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Currently the govenrment only requires us to charge Michigan residents sales tax. The current rate is 6%

 

I do not have a credit card.  Can I still place and order?
Of course! If you do not have a Visa, Mastercard, AMX or Discover can not place the order on our website but you can still place the order in other ways. You can call us at 586.264.1152 and place the order C.O.D. (collect on delivery) or you can mail in your order and pay with a check or money order. My package arrived but something is missing or defective.  What should I do?
It's rare but sometimes mistakes happen.  Best thing to do is is call us at 586.264.1152 as soon as you can and we'll work it out.

 

Does Albe's sponsor riders?? Will you sponsor me?

Yes...we do have quite the team. If you want to learn more about them check our "e;Team"e; page. If you want to try to get sponsored by us you need to video tape yourself riding a little bit and send us the footage.  It doesn't have to be a big edited part or anything.  Just a few clips so we can get an idea on what style or type of rider you are.  Make sure you send it to us and write on a piece of paper a little about yourself  too so we know what you are all about.  The stuff must be sent to us in the regular mail  and NOT through e-mail. Any sponsorship request we get through e-mail will be deleted.  Also note that we sponsor people that we think will help get us new customers or more customers so it really doesn't matter if you are Dave Mirra or not.  Personality and attitude count for as much if not more than skill sometimes.   If we are interested in sponsoring you we'll contact you. Any tapes you send us are ours to keep. Plese remember that we gets tons of requests for sponsorship and as much as we would like to help everybody out we just can't so if we do not contact you please don't let it hurt your feelings.

Can I get a catalog?
Sorry we we do not print a catalog.  Just our Ads in Ride BMX and Dig Magazines.  With 90% of the people in the USA doing a lot of their shopping on the internet these days our website is the best place to browse and buy BMX goods.  A catalog just wouldn't be worth us putting the time and money into at this time.

 

I'm looking for a product I don't see on your website.  Can you order it for me?
Some stuff we do not stock becaue it's hard to get, just doesn't sell well or is just plain crummy. Feel free to call or e-mail us at sales@albes.com and we'll be happy to help you out.  If you are looking for an item we do not have and can get we'll be happy to...unless it's complete crap.  Then we'll probably tell you.

 

Can I make changes to my order after I have already placed it?
If you do it fast enough it shouldn't be a problem.  Best thing to do is call us to add the item.  You can send us an e-mail but we may have already processed and shipped your package before we got to reading the e-mail.

 

Do you have a Retail store where I can come look at and buy the products listed on your site?

Sure do. If you're in the area (Just North of Detroit Mi), come by, hang out, watch some videos, make us laugh, go get us lunch, lick our floor, kick Turbo in the shins, just don't be dumb enough to wear the free t-shirt you got with your ninety-nine dollar pre-paid order elsewhere and expect us to give you a deal.

 

Are the prices in your retail store the same as on your website?
Prices in the retail store may be different.  In most cases if you ask us BEFORE we write up the order we'll be happy to give you the online price.

 

Do you match prices of other online stores?
In most cases yes. Call us at 586.264.1152 or e-mail us at sales@albes.com and let us know what the item is and where it is (if it's on a website send us a link) and we'll check it out.  If it's a legit price (instock non clearence item) we'll help ya out.

 

Are all your prices in US dollars?

We get this question quite often....YES...All our prices listed are in US dollars. For you International customers the best way to estimate what an order will cost you in your country's currency is to figure out the order cost in US dollars and then go to http://www.xe.com/ucc/ and enter the info needed to make the calculation.
