distribution of sectionswe distributed the thickness of the wall considering the stress of each part. The main detail is the very thick 3mm. section on the bottom of sidewalls, right were the dents happens. It just ads a bit of weight but increases the strength so much.We used thin 1.5mm. thickness on the rest of the walls and the outside wall to support the spokes stress.Finally, the inside wall and vertical walls have a thin 1mm. thickness.

rounded sidewallsThe edges where the tire pinches the rim on a hang up are very rounded. This way the chances to get a flat or destroy the tire get reduced dramatically.

weight It's 525grs / 1.15 lb. which I don't think is that bad for a rim with that strength.
